What happens at the meetings?
The service user’s forum provides an opportunity for all to convey their thoughts, suggestions and ideas to the company and to be involved in decisions that affect the way we work.
Through the service user forum process, representatives have an opportunity to give their input before decisions are taken and also on their implementation.
The future of the forum:
Ensuring service users have a voice, have control and have influence in the work we do and how we support them.
We will use this page to keep you up to date with the forum’s on going work.
I am confident that both John and Alison will make a great success of the forum over the next 12 months. I know that they will be looking at the way that we communicate with the people we support and how the forum can influence and support better communication in our homes with service users and staff.

I am delighted to announce that John Davies pictured front right was elected by the forum at the meeting on Thursday 09th February in addition to an overwhelming decision to elect Alison Denney as the Deputy Chair Person, pictured front left congratulating John.
